Dr.Rattanan Rodthong was
born in Samut Sakhon Province,Thailand. He graduated a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) from Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy, Nakhon-Nayok Province, Thailand in 1995. After that, he successfully received a Master of Public Administration in General Management (MPA) from Bura-pha University, Chonburi Province, Thailand in 2009 and Master of Science in Defense Analysis from Naval Postgraduate School, California, United States in 2009 also.
Apart from that, he furthered his study and received the third postgraduate degree in a Master of Arts in Political and International Studies from University of New England, New South Wales, Australia in 2012. Last but not least, he graduated a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Administration from Chulalongkorn University in 2017. He is now a freelance lecturer and researcher in Bangkok, Thailand.
He received decorations and medals as followed,
